Mposurga Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Usage Guide

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between you ("User" or "Member") and mposurga ("Platform", "We", "Company"). By accessing, registering, or using any services provided by mposurga through mposurga.vin or its associated mobile applications, you hereby agree to be fully bound by this Agreement.

If you are using the platform on behalf of a legal entity or business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

2 Account Eligibility

To register and use mposurga services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age limit set in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher.
• You are a legally recognised individual with the capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Your use of mposurga's services must comply with the laws applicable in your place of residence. It is solely your responsibility to ensure this.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where the use of online betting or casino services is prohibited.
• You have not been diagnosed with or are not known to have a gambling addiction or any other condition that would prevent you from playing responsibly.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on mposurga. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of funds. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

3.2 Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. mposurga will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to safeguard your login information.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

3.3 Verification Process (KYC)

Mposurga reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents that may be required include a national ID, bank statement, or proof of residence. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Use of multiple accounts.
• Instructions from relevant legal or regulatory authorities.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the mposurga platform — including but not limited to website design, logos, graphics, text, software, user interfaces, and other visual elements — is the exclusive property of mposurga or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You are not permitted to:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing any platform content without prior written permission from mposurga.
• Using mposurga's trade name, logo, or brand without authorization.
• Reverse engineering or extracting the source code of the platform's software.

11 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Mposurga's services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties. mposurga does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, remain secure, or be free of errors.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, mposurga is not liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses caused by technical disruptions, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any disputed game outcome, unless there is strong evidence of a system failure that caused significant unfairness.

12 Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Mposurga reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms.

12.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where mposurga is registered. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration under the applicable arbitration rules.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
